Lloyd Chapman’s Open Letter to Kelly Loeffler:
“The Small Business Act is the largest economic stimulus program ever passed by Congress to create jobs and direct federal spending to the middle class. Over the last two decades, a long series of federal investigations and investigative reports in the media have exposed a pattern across all federal agencies and at the SBA where contracts to Fortune 500 firms and thousands of clearly large businesses were reported as small business awards. These erroneous classifications of large corporations misrepresented the actual volume of federal contacts that were awarded to legitimate small businesses.' I also hope she addresses the absurdity of women-owned businesses getting less than 5% of federal contracts, with men getting 95%, when women are half the population and own 42% of all businesses."

Don’t Cheat Women is a project of the American Small Business League.
Women are 50% of population and they own 43% of the businesses in America and yet, for over 30 years firms owned by men have received over 95% of all federal contracts and spending. That’s why men are responsible for over 70% of all political contributions. That’s why they hold all the key positions in government and essentially control the United States government.

BIO: Lloyd Chapman, founded the American Small Business League (ASBL) in 2004, with a goal of stopping the diversion of federal small business contracts to large corporations.
Mr. Chapman began his career working for legendary Texas political leader Bob Bullock. He spent eight years in the Texas Controller's office, before moving to California in 1986 to enter the computer industry. It was at this time that he first became aware of major problems in federal small business contracting programs, and soon became an advocate for small technology firms.
His latest project, Don't Cheat Woman, is a project of the American Small Business League.
