Tucker book by Chadwick Moore is a Runaway Bestseller Contrary to Hostile Leftwing Hack Reporting!
LIBERAL MEDIA ATTACKS TUCKER BIOGRAPHER AND FAILS!
By
PUBLIUS SPECIAL GUEST: Chadwick Moore, author of the book, TUCKER.
The craven forces that have tried to silence Tucker Carlson, the dominant force in broadcast journalism since 2020, are at it again. This time their misinformation and suppression tactics are aimed at Chadwick Moore's recently released blockbuster biography, Tucker.
Publishing a book on Tucker Carlson meant taking a risk. All Seasons Press bet big on Tucker, author Chadwick Moore and the loyalty of Tucker's millions of fans who miss his nightly broadcasts and won big. And we believe that we will keep winning in the face
of manufactured news, detractors who promote innuendo as fact and perhaps corporate bowdlerization.
The left-wing-echo chamber is attempting to tank the book's sales, using the BookScan number to prove the book is a flop, with the goal of diminishing Tucker's stature and enforcing the narrative that Tucker is now irrelevant.
For the first week Tucker was on sale, BookScan only reported 3,227 copies sold, placing it 40th on its bestseller list. This is because it appears Amazon did not report its complete week one sales to BookScan. If it had, it would have likely placed between 5th and 7th. BookScan does not measure actual sales from retailers but uses an algorithm taking samples from some, but not all retailers. Most importantly, BookScan relies on accurate reporting from said retailers.
Right on cue, the liberal media took aim, using the BookScan number to report it as a “flop”. and proof of Tucker Carlson’s irrelevance. This is hardly the case:
At the time Tucker launched, over 50,000 units had been shipped to retailers, including 7,523 units to Amazon.
Direct sales through the publisher of almost 6x the number of books reported by BookScan and the frenzied, error-ridden journalists.
When the pre-sale was announced, the book reached #14 among All Books on Amazon, and #1 in numerous categories.
On launch day, the book was listed as “SOLD OUT” on Amazon within minutes.
Considering Amazon had ordered 7,523 copies prior to release day, and announced on that same day the book was “SOLD OUT,” the obvious questions are:
Did Amazon sell out of their 7,523 units almost immediately?
If so, why weren’t those sales reported to BookScan?
If they did not sell out their 7,523 unit inventory, why did they announce that the book was sold out and unavailable for sale?
Were Amazon's actions forbiddance or erratum?
The company's pattern of order management and reporting with Tucker is certainly curious.
After listing the book as out of stock, Amazon emailed many preorder customers to ask if they wanted to cancel their orders. The email required the customer to go on a desktop, not the app, and proactively confirm they still wanted the book or the order would automatically cancel. Is that standard procedure?
Amazon fulfilled orders received after launch BEFORE customers who had pre-ordered their copies.
Our customer poll revealed 40% of Amazon customers who had pre-ordered Tucker, many as far back as May, had not received their copies ten days after launch. Amazon sales are not reported until a customer’s credit card is charged and the order ships, so the BookScan number does not reflect a significant number of Amazon pre-orders.
It begs the question: is Amazon intentionally trying to sabotage Tucker sales and bestseller status?
The fact is that not only Amazon, but retailers across the country sold out of Tucker almost immediately. Additionally, All Seasons Press has been selling directly through our website TuckertheBook.com. In fact, in spite of what seems to be a concerted effort by Carlson's detractors to prevent the success of Tucker, demand has been so strong that All Seasons Press has already ordered a second printing.
All Seasons Press has retained counsel. We plan to establish the exact pattern of the events described above. The company also intends to investigate the ranking practices of BookScan and how these rankings populate various bestsellers list. Should findings warrant, All Seasons Press will be forwarding these findings to the Federal Trade Commission.
All Seasons Press is proud to be the publisher of Tucker and we are especially pleased that Chadwick Moore is getting the recognition and the success he deserves for his insightful look into a fascinating man.
